The company was founded in 2015 by two senior executives with distinguished careers in the leading Maritime company that controls and manages river-type shallow draft vessels in Russian inland waters, Caspian sea, Azov sea and Black Sea-Mediterranean basin.

The partners have more than 50 years of joint experience in their industry.

Nova has been specializing shallow draft sea going ships based in Istanbul (Turkey) and subsidiary in Varna( Bulgaria)
