Our ship management services include;
Technical management
The company carries out technical management including the development and service reliability and regulatory compliance, The technical team is comprised of knowledgeable marine engineers and master mariners majority of which have sea experience.
We work with first class suppliers and service providers in order to provide a full range of expert ship management services.
Using a combination of in-house technical management and third-party repair workshops, our engineering specialists oversee the careful maintenance and day-to-day running of ships, including the International Safety Management Code (ISM), Flag State, Port State control and Classification Society rules.
Our superintendents also oversee and supervise dry dockings and repair projects with superintendents on-site to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and specifications.
Nova will follow spare parts and supplies, provide to the ship and report to the shipowner when it is done.
Crewing
Our experienced staff has been involved Crewing, payroll and Commercial Service (fleet budget, cost accounting, analysis, provision supply, reporting, Etc.);
- Prepare monthly crew payroll and arrange crew embarking and disembarking
- Arranging crew endorsement certificates according to requirement of the Flag state.
- Long lasting relation with the major crewing agencies in Russia and Ukraine.
Commercial Operation

Insurance and Claims

Nova will assist and guide clients in the process of securing competitive terms and conditions with first class underwriters.
We generates accurate insurance documentation, monitor premium assessment and provide appropriate cost budgets and vessel insurance manuals. Additional services include arranging ISM, ISPS and MLC and certificates
We follow P&I/cargo claims, Charter party disputes and report to the Owners.
